If you want to have permanent satisfaction online then you should have some kind of spyware remover tool and others stuff to protect your computer.
Internet delivers more threats to the innocent browser on a daily basis than the advance user, and that is why you should protect yourself from identity theft or any other scams that can be caused by malicious spyware.
The first thing you should do, is get an antivirus program, free or paid, as long as they work fine. You can find cheap antivirus software on internet. Here is the one i use : AVG antivirus - very cheap but very performant.
Use spyware remover
Spyware eliminator software specifically targets the nastiest Adware and Spyware and removes them. There are a plethora of programs out there to choose from so I am actually going to make some recommendations.

Everyone likes free stuff. Free screensavers, free games, free pictures and free music are all popular downloads from the web. Use caution when downloading these, however, because often these freebies are far from free. I just dont download them anymore; I have been burned too many times. If you do choose to download them, be careful .
And use spyware remover and antivirus for your protection.
